HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our lead time for each order is 1-2 weeks. Every piece is made to order by us, right here in our Sheung Wan studio. This means less waste and less stock we don't need. All in all, its better for your wallet, our wallet, and the planet.

DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently do not ship internationally. However, we have a few projects in development which we will be shipping worldwide. Stay tuned.
 
RETURN POLICY
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please get in touch with us at hello@oldstudio.design

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 7 days of purchase! We only ask that the following requirements are met: 
• Item/s must be in original condition
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to OLD for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@oldstudio.design using the e-mail address you used to order. (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.)

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).

OLD Studio cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHERE CAN I SEND MY RETURN?
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorisation number to you. Items returned without a valid RETURNS AUTHORISATION # will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND/ RETURN TAKE?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorisation (RA) number within 24 hours.

If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 1-2 business days.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WITH A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged piece, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at hello@oldstudio.design
